COLOR MEETS
3D RELIEF.
Print multicolor artwork onto sculpted metal relief, where flowing liquid paint cannot hold the same pattern cleanly.

SCULPTED DETAIL.
UV printing uses a UV printer to place a multicolor image directly onto the product surface.
It is used particularly for 3D sculpted relief. Liquid paint can flow over a raised surface and cannot keep the same precise color pattern. Printing allows the image to be applied over that relief.
For your design, review how the printed image aligns with the raised and recessed areas of the metal.
Create the relief
The metal piece is formed with the approved sculpted design.
Prepare the color artwork
Plan the image against the relief so the artwork and metal details work together.
Print onto the surface
The UV printer applies the colored image directly to the product.
Inspect & pack
Check the printed result before packing and shipping.
